i have very thick hair and it's just to my sholders so if i get a perm it will not hold very well and it will make my hair a fro pretty much...but i really want curly hair. it's kinda wavy now but barely. is there anything (shampoo, hair product, anything) that will make my hair curly enough to scrunch without gettting a perm?? plz help.
