My friends daughter is about 2 years old. The ends of her hair curl but not the hair on the top of her head. Her mother %26amp; I were talking about it the other day %26amp; we both wondered if her hair would stay curly or if all kids have curly hair when they're little.

no, it may not stay. I had curly hair as a baby, and mine is usually straight now. It waves sometimes, but is usually straight.

No not necessarily, my daughter is just backwards,straight dark hair at birth like mine,then turned thin,curly,and the lightest brown. Plus, I'm an answer to your question, I had curly lighter brown hair when I was younger,up until about 2 and now have very dark,long straight hair.
