Curly hair using headbands and scarfs?

I have curly, just past my shoulders, hair. I'm interested in using a headband or scarf in my hair but I'm not sure how to do it. I do not have bangs so I can do the swoop thing. Do I just wear it with my hair all pulled back and make the back of my hair big/poofy? Thanks!!

I have really thick, wavy hair, and I like to use headbands to pull it back and control it. It looks cute a lot of the time, but sometimes it just doesn't work. Depends.

leave your hair down and put the scarf in it is really cute

I like to put my hair in a pony tail or loose bun and then a headband, it works great even if your hair isn't quite long enough to get it all up because the headband takes care of the extra shorter pieces on top! if your hair is super duper poofy you could try a braid instead.

Just part your hair down the right side and put the head band back a little. Don't pull it back so that hair on top or your head and around your crown looks from the front like it would if your hair was in a ponytail.

you can have parted bangs and little pieces of hair framing the side of your face and then put the headband on leaving the bangs alone just smoothing back everything else..this will look pretty and not so severe looking!

IF I WAS U THEN I WOULD USE A HEADBAND AND LET UR HAIR BE OUT I THINK IT WOULD BRING OUT YOU FACE. I HAVE MANY FRIEND WIT CURLY LONG HAIR AND THEY DO IT ALL THE TYME.

GOOD LUCK!!
