Hey. I have naturally straight hair with little to no wave/curl to it. However, I want to have curly hair like in this picture: http://www.salonweb.com/hstyles/med_hair... (Well, maybe a little looser then that) My hair is probably a little shorter then that. Can I perm my hair like that? If not, what is the best way to go about fixing my hair like that?

You can get a perm to look just like that.
Just be sure to take care of your hair because a perm is damaging.

sure, i used to get perms all the time when i was little because my mom thought my hair was too blah.itll look fine.
