I have nice curly hair...but I have lots of it and it's thick and long...it usually takes me up to 2 hours to straighten but today I have to run home shower and do my hair in less then 2 hours...because I have a party to go to later...and I was wondering if there is anyway I could cut down the amount of time it takes me to straighten my hair...I have like brazilian type hair or more like puerto rican type hair

wash your hair blow dry it upside down while its still wet and straighten it...then dry it with the towel and it will be less curly the straighten it again! ^.^

Buy a good hair straightener (CHI) which heats to 400 degrees F.

It should take you less than 15 minutes to have totally straight hair.

OK! let's see! i have really curly hair and straighten it all the time! and it does usally take me at least 2 hours an 30 minutes! why do you want to straighten it.....you can just leave it curly and move on with the day! good luck! have fun at your party!!!

I would get it thinned out if it was REALLY thick or just mousse it, it only takes few seconds!

take a shower then dry it then straighten it or you can put a bit of some type of gel in your hair i reccomend Sunsilk straighten up 24/7 creme then straighten it

leave it curly, apply some gel or spritz. Also you can put your hair back, as for example a ponytail or put a headband.

get u one of those new straighening blow dryers is all i can tell u it makes it straight while u blow dry it
