my hair is curly but poofy.

if i scrunch it...will it stay flat and curly??

First off you have to start with a good haircut. Don't let anyone cut your hair unless they now how to deal with curly hair. I find Redken Fresh Curls shampoo and conditioner the best. Then after you towel dry your hair use Redken Fresh Curls spin control, just use a little. Then to dry it use a diffuser and Don't scrunch, that makes your hair frizzy. Hang your head upside down when you diffuse it. I have long curly hair, frizz free and I love it.....

to scrunch hair use extra hard hold gel from fructis garnier and use suave hairspray extra hold apply to hair when its wet do not blow dry. especially with curly hair always let dry naturally.

I have curly hair too. I don't like it but if I wear it curly I use lots of conditioner. comb put on hair gel and let dry naturally don't try to brush or it will be frizzy. If it makes you feel better not very many women like their hair, curly wants straight, straight wants wave or curls. good-luck

Um you should Pantene Pro-V gel the red one that is not greasy and you could scrunch yoyr hair with it.

I have naturally curly hair.........i finally found this mousse its called I.C.E. Whip, by JOICO. You can find it at stores that sell salon products or on the internet. I get mine from my hairdresser because you cant get it at regular stores. It cost about 12 to 16 bucks depending on the store you go to. Its a bit pricey, but all worth it. Only a girl that lives with curly hair will understand, and I'm sure you do. This stuff makes all the frizz and "poofyness" go away. You'll love it!!!

yes, scrunching is good, and holds better with curly hair...put in gel and "scrunch" with your fingers. if you use a pic or anything it makes it more frizzy! so, even throughout the day add a little water to your hands and "scrunch" through your hair again to fix it again...again, don't use a pic, only ur fingers
