Is it better to use the Garnier Fructis Curl Leave in Conditioner and leave it in durning the night or put it in during the day.....if i sleep in it...i dont want the back of my head to get frizzy....plz help

It's better the next morning after your hair has dried. It sounds weird, I know, but it keeps hair from frizzing during the day.
