Help Thick Curly Frizzy Hair!?

My sisters and parents all have straight wonderful sleek hair. Out of my entire family it was a shock when i got frizzy, curly hair of doom. I kept trying to make it better thinking it was just something I did wrong or brushing wrong but it turned out to be curly naturally. My family isn't one that has curls so they were clueless. And well my hair just keeps getting more curly. -sigh-

I tried straightening but my hair's so thick that it broke the straightener. =/ I tried mousse before as well as mountains of spray, but it's not exactly working. And now my hair has tons of tangles. I tried getting them out with some leave in conditioner or something but they won't come out.

I'm going insane from the crazy frizz ball of hair I have. Can someone help me?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

try to straighten it chemically using relaxers. i know u'll say u dont wanna spoil ur hair but if u follow simple rules ur hair will b just fine like all the african-american celebs, healthy and shiny. what ur using on ur hair right now is more damaging and hair relaxer will b ur permanent solution

- relax using Soft.SheenCarson which relaxes ur hair without making it stiff

-re-touch the roots when ur natural hair grows which is between 6-8 weeks

- do hot-oil treatment using olive oil or deep conditioning using kerastase hair mask on weekly basis. this will nourish ur hair and keep it glossy

- use shampoo and conditioner for colour-treated hair which is mosturising

uh... sounds like you are fed up w/ your mop. j/k... maybe short hair is your key... you wouldn't necessarily have to brush it... and it could do its own thing... and not be in your way... just wash, run a towel through it... shake, and you're done.

infusium 23 leave in conditioner is nice... and also, herbal essence makes some straightening, and curling shampoo's and conditioners... along w/ other things that might could help you out... i don't recommend using hair brushes on your head... and i always brush mine from the bottom up... start at the bottom, brushing like one inch, then go up some, and brush that out, go up some more, brush that... until you make it to the top of your head. I'm sure you know... maybe try braiding your hair at night... to keep down the tangles. or wearing it up, during the day... in a bun or something. it's easy... pull your hair back in a pony tail... and twist your pony tail till it gets tight, and just keep wrapping your hair around the ponytail till you get to the end. then wrap a smoochy around your bun twice... make it tight... and you're good to go!

short curly hair cuts can be fun... and bed head products are creative. hope i helped some.... good luck. :)
