My hair is naturally EXTREMELY strait.

I want to curl it.

My hair is also pretty long.

Could you give me tips to curling it?

Use curling tongs. I'm not sure if it'll work but try it.

Buy and expensive curling iron and use product such as curl defining shampoo and V05 volumizing spray that has a 24 hour hold. That should do the trick.

You should use old fashiond curlers and Pantene stiffening spray before you curl it.

The more expensive the hair curler, the longer the hair will usually stay curled. Buy one around $50.00 if you have super straight hair. Also, get a hair curler with different settings. Mine, for example, has a dial to adjust how it works for different types of hair. Also, smaller portions of hair curl better, so curl 1/2 inch pieces. Sorry if it takes awhile, but it's worth it! Go to a hair salon and they have a certain way that your hair should stay curly for about 5-10 years,even when you wash your hair and you can get a haircut too.
