Straightener and my curly hair...?

I only straighten my hair around once a week...

my hair's pretty curly. After straightening recently for the past a month(so around 4-5 times of straightening), i feel my hair is curly after i wash it... is it just me thinking too much... or does straightening my hair actually curls hair more after washing it?..

is your hair layered if it is that would make it curl more anytime you wet it it will curl more dry it straight with a vent brush
