Naturally curly hair for homecoming?

i have curly hair.

its like shakira curly but more curls instead of waves.

im mixed so its like mixed people hair.

i might just straighten it and go to a hair salon and get it done but i'd rather do it myself.

any ideas?

just get a product called the maxiglide. then u can straighten it anytime u want. it's a straightening plate w/ pins througout. go to amazon.com, ulta.com, or maxiusbeauty.tv to order one.

it is wayyyy cheaper by ur self. at the salon it can cost up to 100 bucks!!

What you will need:

small barrel curling iron

Big barel curling iron

Mousse

Hair spray

Root lifter (optional)

Straightener

and heat spray, and lots of it!! lol

Procedure:

Straighten your hair first, make sure you use your heat protectant spray!

Next, get the small barel iron, pre heat it.

Put some mousse on your hair, not all over, just on one section on the top. Then put heat protectant spray over it.

Once the iron is pre heated, take little sections and clap on your hair at the bottom with the iron, start triwling it up to the very top of your head, leave it there for 10 seconds.

Take out the curling iron, going in a downward motion.

Keep doing that all over the top section of hair, on the underneath hair, get the big barel and do the same procedure!

When you finish, lightly spray ur hair with the hairspray! make sure you use the heat protectant spray!!!
