I personally like mouse better than spray. Most sprays tend it make hair hard, whereas mouse makes it easy to work with. You can also control the distribution of where the product needs to do (roots, ends, etc.) on your hair with mouse, and with the spray, it's kind of like guessing. To use the mouse, comb it through your hair, then scrunch starting at the bottom, to reinforce the curl. You might want to put the mouse in before you style, to get rid of the whole wet problem, but if not, just don't put too much on.

I would tend to stay away from mousse or gels, as those can weigh your curls down and the result would not be as "springy" like natural curls can be.

I would try curl enhancing shampoo first, like "wash n curl" (this is assuming you have natural curl and not a perm or curling iron curls) that will enhance the affect of your natural curls.

I have naturally curly hair, but I don't have the "face" for it, so I keep my hair straight...but being I have curly hair naturally, thought I'd share the opinion with you.

I think moose is better. It will let your hair last longer without leaving it as crunchy.

I like mousse better, the spritz doesn't really allow your hair to move, I like tresemme the best. Whichever you use find one that's alcohol free. curly hair is already easily dried out, it doesn't need any help

ok so you have short curly hair. well if we are talking health then mousse is a lot better for your hair but if you want something that puts a real good hold on it then you'll want spray and the aussie stuff just might do it for you. :)

Which is best? Can't tell if you're trying to keep it curly or not. Curly vs frizzy? Most women would really like to have curly hair (you can tell I wish I did) and I would encourage you to have a cut that adores your curly texture. This ploy will save you lots of time in front of the mirror and lots of heartache. If frizz if your problem, embrace some of the products to address this. Recommend you watch What Not to Wear, Nick Arrojo, and listen to his recommendations on curly hair. Every once in a while he'll blow dry curly hair until it's straight, but I'd save that for a special rare occasion. It's just too much work!

mousse is better because the sprays can make your hair sticky an crunchy so they end up not as soft and bouncy
