do colors like blue, purple, red, or black look good in curly hair thats kind of frizzy but mostly curly? my parents probably wouldn't let me dye my hair but im just wondering because people tell me i would look good with red highlights

Yes, if you want less frizz all you have to do is when you get out of the shower put a good hand full of mouse in your hair while its still wet, and while you're blowdrying it scrunch the colors would look great! Especially since you have curls

u should dye the underside. i never really liked highlights. I would convince ur parents to go with a washout and then perment(it works)
